I am fairly new to AG brewing and am building my first recipe outside of AG kits. I am looking to do a saison because I am intrigued by the flexibility of the style. I am hoping to have the spiciness of rye to go along with the fruitiness of a Belgian yeast strain and citra/el dorado hops. Below is a first draft of the recipe. Any feedback on what I have here? Would this be better off if I switch the grains to a Belgian Pale Ale rather than a Saison?
