Does anyone have good info on starting your own small cidery?

Contact the ABC in your home state.
They will tell you what laws need be followed.
Also have a ****load of capitol to invest....
Or otherwise known as `be rich allready` so you can afford the start up.
(easier said than done, i know this)

Here they have to follow all the rules of a winery. You can probably find your local area laws for that online.
