Does anyone know what the OG of apple cider is before adding any sugar? I usually use whole foods 365 cider because it doesn't have any preservatives in it. I want to make a cider batch at about 5.5 percent and use honey to get the abv boost. Does anyone know what sugar is best to use? Brown, table, honey etc.?
