Looking at making cider for the first time having made a few bitters only so far.
Is it best barrelling or bottling cider?
I have been told if you have a good barrel then it's fine to barrel it. I have a king keg barrel.
Looking at doing On the Rocks cider kit medium dry and a fizzy cider.
