I finally have my set up to start kegging my beer. Just so happens that I recently made my first cider and that's all I have available to keg. So my question is for a cider, what psi should I carbonate it at, and second, since I have a temperature controller and the cooler only fits one keg, is there a temperature I should set it at (possibly close to room temp) that would make carbonation work more efficiently, or is the same as serving temp for the carbonation stage equally efficient? Thanks!
