Cider anybody?

Hi guys, I live in the mountains of western North Carolina and started planting an apple orchard on my property about 8 years ago. I am making hard cider for 4 or 5 years now and I like to find some people to compare notes with and to help troubleshoot when problems arise.

Reusing beer bottles. Try to keep it as low tech and low cost as possible and still make good cider (cider worth drinking!).
