Hey everyone. I'm looking for some feedback on this before heading to the LHBS tomorrow. I want to get a Winter warmer ready by Christmas. This 5 gallon batch is based off of Highland's Cold Mountain, which is a great seasonal that I get here. Malty and rich with holiday spices that aren't overpowering. I'd be happy to hear your opinions. Thanks!
