Hey everyone. I'm looking for some feedback on this before heading to the LHBS tomorrow. I want to get a Winter warmer ready by Christmas. This 5 gallon batch is based off of Highland's Cold Mountain, which is a great seasonal that I get here. Malty and rich with holiday spices that aren't overpowering. I'd be happy to hear your opinions. Thanks! :mug:

That's a lot of different malts, I'm pretty sure you won't notice the 1lbs of pilsen or the 4oz honey considering you also add a lot of spices. I think you can get away with a very similar result using a more simple grain bill as well as saving on the cost of that batch. It could very well give an excellent beer though, just my 2 cents.
