:mug: I have brewed a christmas ale that started at 1.064 and needs to get to 1.011. It is at 1.012 now after four weeks. Should I let it stay in the carboy another week? Do I run the risk of my yeast dying? The flavor is pretty good and should be great if it carbonates correctly. Thanks for the feedback.

1.011 and 1.012 are close enough. Minor differences in method/ingredients can easily account for the difference. If it tastes good, go ahead and bottle it. Skip the secondary, it's been sitting long enough to clarify (which is all the secondary is typically used for anyway). I'd rack straight to the bottling bucket and bottle it. Let it condition in the bottles until December and you've got a great Christmas-time treat.
