Christmas Ale Conditioning

I brewed a christmas ale 4-5 weeks ago. Racked it to a secondary after about 2 weeks.... is it better to let an ale like this sit in the secondary for a couple of months, or let should I bottle it and let it bottle condition? Any pros/cons to either???

Either way is fine, but if you bottle you can free up a carboy!

Exactly!!! My goal was to let it sit until at least Thanksgiving, so I should probably keep it in the secondary a little while longer. If I bottle it now then it'll be GONE by Thanksgiving!

hence why you now have that empty carboy to start brewing again...
