Ok, as you know I have so far done a 1 liter batch of Espresso, Celery (have a second bottle going actually), Serrano with hotsauce, and Lavendar meads using breadyeast.
I also have a successful experimental cyser I continue to make (I call it DJO APPLEJUICE! Cyser, some of you know why, but others who have tasted it call it "apple pie mead") and I have a gallon of Chai Tea mead about ready to rack.
And then there is the Okra mead.
So, now I put it to you, good HBTers, what would you like to see a liter of as an experiment? There will be constants:
1 liter of water
25 raisins
1 lb of honey
1 teaspoon Di-Go Bread yeast
To be first tried when it clears.
You all choose the additions. Feel free to bust my chops but if you are joking try to make it obvious, I dont want to make dill pickle mead if you are just kidding.
