So its the time of year every year where I start thinking of brewing RIS with chocolate in the hope to have it ready for Valentine’s day.
I started down this rabbit hole in 2018 when I heard of this beer:

I am nowhere near Foothills and this beer is not sold within 150 miles of me. But don’t you have to love it? i mean the name alone.
Has anybody here had the beer? Looking for any input. How do you go about making something like this?
