Take hydrometer readings and when it reads what your FG should be it's finished!
 
I just brewed this exact kit from them 6 weeks ago.

1. Ferment in primary for 3 weeks
2. transfer to secondary and add cocoa nibs (I soaked mine in chocolate flavored vodka for two weeks prior to putting in secondary to sanatize and extract more chocolate flavor)
3. Keep in secondary for 2 weeks then keg or bottle....
