Its a spammer trying to get hits on the search engines. But they don't use the posts to qualify for top hits listings any more.

It's some kinda asian characters but it's not Chinese.

It's generally Korean and if you see it please hit the "Report" button at the bottom of the post (looks like an exclamation point) and the mods will take care of it.
