Goose Island makes spectacular Belgian inspired beers. They truly ferment and manage the yeast with old world passion and modern innovation. Gotta love em...but hate the price :)

At O'Hare, I don't think the Goose Island prices are any worse than the rest of the beers in the airport...

Which is still f*****g ridiculous, but that's what you get from Chicago.
 
I'm a doubly big fan of Berghoff, which I believe is still at Terminal 1, Concourse C, between gates C24 & C26.
Both the beer and the food is very good.
I am currently drinking AHS Berghoff Dark.
