Chest Freezer Setting with Temp Controller?

Been watching Craigslist for a long time and finally scored a chest freezer to ferment my brews. I have an A419 temperature contoller and wondering what temp I should keep the freezer set on? It has a variable dial on the side...should that be set high, low, middle, or does it matter?

Doesn't really matter what you're using a chiller for, just set it to maximum cool and let the controller run the show...
