On another note, this might be a nice add on if one was outfitting their brewery/bar area. It looks to be the same size as the stand alone freezer, but it's a top freezer/refrigerator model. If I was looking for a new kegerator, I'd probably buy both. The freezer would be great for storing hops, ice, and frozen mugs for those neanderthal BMC drinkers we all know.

So, 17"w x17"d, How tall (inside)? I'm considering something that will hold my 30L Speidel with the O2-free transfer attachment sold by NorCal. I need to measure the height with the attachment, but I'm guessing it's around 36 inches tall.
17x17x34.5” high unobstructed above the bump out. There is another small drawer area at the bottom where the bump out is that is 7 inches high. You might lose another half inch or so of height if you reinforce the bottom shelf.

I took measurements of my Spike CF-10 and I'm doubting it will fit. It may be too wide. My 15 gallon corny keg on the other hand, should fit. Flex+ and Fermzilla All Rounder, ??.

Maybe I should sell my CF-10 and use the funds to get that 7cu ft freezer?
I would never kick my CF-10 to the curb for a "sexy" new freezer.

Besides the width/depth considerations for fitting a CF-10 also consider the height as dry hopping requires a bit more height.

Thanks!! I just measured my setup, and with the transfer kit's racking cane sitting about 2 inches off the bottom of the fermenter it's a little less than 32 inches high. This could work. I would still have to account for a blowoff container though.

Blowoff container could be in the space at the bottom by the bump out. Just can’t be too tall.

If I used mine as much as you use yours, I'd 100% agree. Been doing a lot of half batch sessions lately. Today was another one, making it 4 in a row.

I usually do 1/2 batches with my CF-10 unless I'm doing a lager. Since I store my CF-10 in my upright freezer it reduces the amount of space needed for storage.

I am spoiled with my Spike conical and can't see myself going back to my Spiedel fermenter.
