I finally got around to actually joining the forum. I've used it as a resource a number of times but never got around to joining...well now, here I am!

Been brewing off and on for over a decade now and shifted to 5 gallon all-grain about 5 years ago. In the process of moving up to 10 gallon (why not more beer with virtually the same amount of work!).
