Hi there!

New to the forum. I'm a Dutch person living in the UK. I felt it was time I join as I'm getting rather addicted to the home brewing hobby lately!

:mug:

You just flew over the cuckoo's nest full of the jolliest bunch of a-holes this side of the ****y hatch! Lots of good info & folks here.

Hello from another London brewer. Where abouts are you based and what sorts of beers are you making?

Hi mate!

I'm based out of Camden and more interested in the extreme end of the beer spectrum. Currently drinking a double IPA and have an Imperial stout in the fermentor.

After that I'm planning to brew an oak aged barleywine, scotch bonnet aged Imperial stout, cherry flavoured Belgian strong ale and jacked up version of the Stone IPA. Also want to dabble into cider a bit but need a second carboy for that :)

Sounds like you're going for it on the recipe front!

I'm based way out in zone 4 in South East London and making various Belgian styles. Every Dutchman I know seems to love Belgian beer so I figured you'd be making at least one of that sort of style.

Yeah I'm no different, was just saying today to a (Dutch) friend we should book another trip to Belgian for next year. Love it :)
