Check your local home brew shop first. Might be a touch more expensive ounce to ounce, but without shipping that might be your best deal.
And it's always a good idea to support your LHBS if you have a decent one. Hit the online shops for things they don't carry or if you can really get a better deal. Not all homebrew shops are good and some of them will try to hose you, but many are good and deserving of your support.

If you're in Gulfport, MS a quick yellow pages search shows the nearest homebrew shop is in Slidell, LA. Not exactly local. 
for most stuff, especially crushed grain i use=brewmasterwarehouse
hops= hopsdirect or freshhops
bulk grain or dme= north country malt
lme= morebeer
there are other good options like midwest supplies and others

thanks. there is actually a LHBS in Biloxi. which is so much closer than Slidell. thanks guys.
