I had some friends over this weekend and for the first time, served beer out of my keg. Spring is coming here so while I was using my cold garage to maintain serving temperatures I am now resorting to ice. My question is this, will I ruin my beer by moving the keg back to my cellar after it has been chilled? I know my carbonation will be affected but will the flavor change if it gets warmed up and then is chilled again (when I buy a fridge)?

I guess I thought that changing temperatures harmed the beer. Is that just when the beer gets hot?
