We have been brewing for over 35 years! Now we are downsizing and selling our 20 gallon herms and looking at the Speidel Braumeister. The times are a changing!

yeah an AIO, can be good when scheduling is tricky....get it warm in the morning, dough in, then pitch the yeast by brunch.....

actually, you know me well enough....i got thinking it was a bad joke...lack of experience and all....but it does sound like a nice brew day!

Well, the current system is pretty dialed in. However you get older and moving around and cleaning really large kettles can be quite the workout…then there is the storage space issue for 3 large kettles! I think AIO will be great!

It is wonderful! I'm a mid-30's dad of three small children who doesn't have a bunch of time...set up/brewing/breakdown is easy!
