Centennial, lemon drop and el dorado

Been brewing for a few years now and read these forums constantly. I could use some help. Wondering if anyone has some suggestions on hop additions for these 3 varieties. Grain bill is basic with 12 pounds of 2 row and a pound of Crystal 10. Wyeast 1056. I have 4 ounces of centennial, 2 ounces of lemon drop that I dry hopped previous batch with and 2 ounces of el dorado on hand. Any suggestions? How well would these work together? I planned on maybe bittering with ounce of centennial and oumce el dorado. Then flavor and aroma of centennial and lemon drop. Thanks

I've used all of those hops a lot and they would play well together. Lemon drop isnt exactly what I expected from teh name but its not a badhop. Stones Delicious IPA uses Lemon drop and El dorado. Here's what I'd do for a 5gal IPA with those. Personally, I like El Dorados flavor and aroma better than both of the other ones, but you'd need to adjust it to what you want to smell and taste

@60min 1 oz Centennial (save the 2oz el dorado for flavor additions)
@10min: 1 oz El Dorado / 1 oz Centennial
@0min: 1 oz El Dorado / 1 oz Centennial / 2 oz Lemon Drop
*hopstand for 1 hr before chilling*
@dry: 1 oz Centennial

Stones delicious was exactly where I learned of lemon drop, I loved the finish. This schedule was what I was looking for, thanks. If I wanted to get just a little more bitterness maybe add a little el dorado at 60 or more centennial? Last time I used centennial for bittering I was happy but could have used just a little more oomph

You could do either. El dorado has around 50% stronger bittering properties though so just plan accordingly.

Im planning on making a jolly rancher IPA with El dorado hops and a few handfuls of my favorite candy
