Been brewing for a few years now and read these forums constantly. I could use some help. Wondering if anyone has some suggestions on hop additions for these 3 varieties. Grain bill is basic with 12 pounds of 2 row and a pound of Crystal 10. Wyeast 1056. I have 4 ounces of centennial, 2 ounces of lemon drop that I dry hopped previous batch with and 2 ounces of el dorado on hand. Any suggestions? How well would these work together? I planned on maybe bittering with ounce of centennial and oumce el dorado. Then flavor and aroma of centennial and lemon drop. Thanks
