Centennial Blonde - Biermuncher Extract

I brewed Biermunchers Centennial Blonde (EXTRACT version) 11 days ago....I was going to bottle after 2 weeks.....since the consensus is that it is fine to do so....however...I will be iunable to do so..

I was going to let it go 3 weeks before bottling.....I let all my other beers so far go 3 weeks....so I am thinking this will be ok to do with the Centennial Blonde.

Can you guys verify?

+1, no problem with waiting to bottle. It'll be fine, probably better, even.

To be absolutely sure take gravity readings till you achieve two days in a row with the same readings.

Will do on the gravity check...I will chjeck it 3 days before bottling and then again on bottling day to make sure stable....

Yeah, longer is not going to hurt. I am brewing that same beer this weekend, and it will most likely stay in the primary for 4 weeks and then get kegged.

way off topic, but i used to also ride a yzf600R. I miss my bike so badly. sold it last year and am now bikeless - I felt i had to with me and my wife starting a fam I miss riding soooooo much.
