I also like google docs. I have something similar to this. I have a location column so I know which box the beer is in when I go to the cellar.I just use a google doc. I have been meaning to add conditional formatting and maybe some other bits and pieces (drop downs for style/size etc) but it's pretty easy to just type in and update.
