Catalyst fermenter - time to bottle, I guess?

It's an American wheat beer, been fermenting over 2 weeks and gravity is steady. There are some flakes on top and sediment stuck in the cone despite trying to push it down with a sanitized spatula. I'm not thrilled about those extras, but should it stop me from adding priming sugar and bottling? I didn't buy a bottling bucket since this system is supposed to make it unnecessary.

I don't think it should stop you from bottling. The stuff stuck to the sides should pretty much stay there (says someone who doesn't own a Catalyst). I personally don't like the idea of trying to batch prime a beer in primary. Yes you should be able to dump the spent yeast and trub, but it seems that the Catalyst doesn't do a great job of getting that all in the dump container. So, when you add the priming sugar you will have to stir to mix it in possibly disturbing the sediment that couldn't be dumped.
 
You could cold crash for 24-48 hours and surely, a great deal of the sediment will fall down to the collector jar.
 
Looking at your pictures, where is all the trub and yeast?

Is it all stuck to the sides of the "cone?" If so, I don't think cold crashing or anything but mechanical force will get it into the collector jug.
And any mechanical force will resuspend most back into your nice clear beer.
 
I have 2 Catalyst fermenters and have yet to see this issue. Usually the trub just collects in the jar.

By any chance, is the valve not completely opened? I can't see the lever on the pictures to see if it is or not. It seems as though maybe the trub is stuck on top of the semi-closed butterfly valve. From those pictures, I can't really see any trub to begin with.
