Using all those primitive techniques at that scale of production does leave me wondering if they are profitable...
My wife and a few buddies and I stopped in there while biking in Dayton a few weeks ago. I had a really good porter and a reuben. The place is really cool.
The food, while good, is heavily German influenced, and the beers are pretty good now that they've got the system down. For a while, they had all gotten pretty sour.
