Hi all,

Had my Caribou slobber in fermentation now for 6 days, seems to have died down after initial vigorous start. Sitting at 68 deg f. Is this as it should be?

Any help would be great.

I'd let it sit for another week and then take gravity readings a couple days apart. If the readings are the same then you can move it to secondary, bottle/keg, cold crash, etc.

Mine hit FG of 1.020 after just 4 days. I wish it would have gone lower but even with another 3 weeks it didn't budge. I used Danstar Windsor dry yeast.

Thanks for that. Yea I used Danstar Windsor, so sound ok! Was panicking incase I needed to add some extra yeast or something to move it.
