Carbonic tank vs CO2 tank

The father of a guy I work with runs a fire extinguisher service and can get me a 10 Lb. tank for a good price - around $50. It'll be a used tank with a new valve assembly, hydrostatic tested (he does that as well). Thing is, he says it's a 'Carbonic' tank, not a CO2 tank.

What's the difference?

No difference. Its just a different way of describing a co2 tank.
