Carbonation problem

A little help please, we brewed a wheat ale that we think got infected in the secondary, not a bad one, spiderwebs across the surface. After reading here, we decided to siphon off the bottom and go ahead and kegged 5 gallons and bottled the other 5 gallons.
OG was 1054; FG was 1014
After 1 week I opened a bottle, very light carbonation, but assumed that it was due to not being in the bottle long enough, no worries.
However tried it off the keg which has been at 10psi for 8 days, and the carbonation is the same, hardly any. The other keg attached to the same CO2 tank has plenty carbonation.

Is it possible that the infection is causing the carbonation issues?

Probably going to have to dump it, so far it has a dms characteristics...

Haven't figured out the cause of the infection yet, we think it was possibly something in the tube. Boiled for 60 min, and use glass carboys.

Doubt it. 10 psi for 8 days is not that long. Why not let it sit for another week and then see. No sense in dumping it this early in the game. Be interested to see what others say.
