I bottled my first original recipe brew on friday (2/25) and checked on it today. There is a large amount of yeast already in the bottom of each bottle. It was my first time using a bottling bucket (used mr beer prior) and I added 2.2 oz of priming sugar to a 2.2 gallon batch of brew. I am concerned with the large amount of yeast already in the bottle that I may be developing some bombs in my pantry. Any advice or prior experience would be greatly appreciated! I did not use a hydrometer, the brew was in the primary for 17 days.
