carbonating

Just a quick question for some brewmasters out there. I have been kegging my beer for alittle while now and force carb it with co2. Is there anyway i can transfer some of the already kegged beer to bottles without losing the carbonation? I am trying to send my dad some who lives out of state....any advice will help. Thank you

Cheap and easy. I own a Beer-Gun for doing cases at a time. But if I'm filling a couple, I still use this.

I would also recommend a Growler Filler. You can get them for less than $10 and they work well.
