SO what does the fruit exactly do when you bite it, gush fizzy juice? Act like pop rocks?

Yes, it fizzes when you bite into it. Grapes work the best. Always a hit at parties. Over-carbing can cause the grapes to split open which makes them less attractive, so some trial and error is necessary to get it dialed in. I want to try it with cocktail shrimp sometime.
