Hello Everyone!
So I've been trying to find out how to carbonate my seltzer or soft drinks and then canning them. I have i problem because I am able to carbonate water alone but nos if I add any other component (flavour, sugar, preservants, etc). I am carbonating it on a bright tank with clasis carb stone and visor set up at 1C (celsius) and 40PSI during 20 mins and recirculating it with a pump for 20 minutes. The thing is that when I try to can my soft drink its not carbonated as it should be. Also, water tastes carbonated but when i seal the can and save it for one or two days it seems like it has loss most of its carbonation. Anyone has any idea on how to carbonate soft drinks?

Would really apreciate some help.

Thanks!!
