Carb or not?

I bottled half uncarbed and keg (forced) carbed the rest.
If you do not have the luxury of kegging you can split your batch.

I think Pumbaa is the only one on record that said he prefers it uncarbed.

Carbed is more refreshing, but uncarbed is more reminiscent of a white wine.
I like both, but if I had to choose, I'd chooose carbed.
 
I've carbed both batches... One from real orchard bought pressed cider, one from grocery store juice.

Both were also sweetened with 1# lactose (4gal for the first batch, 5 gal for the 2nd).

SWMBO loves it, so all is well at the Butler brewery. :tank: :mug:
