Cararoma brunwater

Would cararoma go under Crystal or roast. I read that cara- should be crystal but but the dark colour of cararoma means it comes up as a red box if I don't set it to roasted malt.

Also drastically changes ph prediction depending on which I choose


Edit:didn't convert ebc to lovibond when entering grain color. Crisis averted.

Glad you figured out the problem! As mentioned, that malt should be fairly representative of the Crystal acidity curve. That malt's color isn't dark enough to fall in the Roast acidity range.
