Ok, so 15 days ago i brewed my 2nd brew. A caramel wit kit from brewers best. My question is this. Its been in primary for 15 days. I have no secondary. My brothers asked to try my beer on a family vacation we leave for 22 days from now. My plan was to do 3 weeks fermenting, then 3 weeks bottle conditioning. Which would be 42 days. I got delayed and only left myself 37 days. So, what do i "skimp" time on? I hate to do a short ferment to help the flavors and i dont want to skimp out on bottle conditioning, but i have to do one or a little of both, whats the right move?

If fermentation is done, bottle it. It will still develop flavors while bottle conditioning. You can then still take some with you. they might taste a little young, but no matter what you decide to do, it won't change that, only time will.

If it's been in the Primary for 15 days, fermentation should be done.

If it tastes like a wit, go ahead and bottle it.

Storing the bottles at 75 vs 70 will speed up carbonation.

As you are well aware, you are really pushing the timeline here. It will probably work out fine, but you should always give yourself at least a couple week cushion for "event" brewing. Otherwise, murphy's law has a tendency to take over.

Wits don't really need much conditioning. I make alot of wheats that go 4 weeks grain to glass with a kegorator.

Like everone else said, if this one had reached FG, bottle it. Carb and conditioning take place at the same time. As a Wit, this one will be fine with 3 weeks of carb/condition, so it should be ready in time for your VaCa.
