Unless things have changed Etre ships as well. I will be utilizing the service during OBD and will report back.
Seems both of em will ship for you.

Also thought I read up to 1/3 of the bottles could be from somewhere besides 3F?

Yes, Werner has stated that they will ship outside bottles as long as its only 1/3 of the full shipment. I get the sense that this is more of an additional curtesy and not necessarily something they had in mind for the new shipping feature.

When they announced Nath they stated that its release to the public is due to an increase in available production from the new facility. Whether or not that signals a release of mamouche in addition to Nath I cannot say for certain, but it does lead me to believe that it is highly possible.

I am kinda curious if Nath and LPF will be released in October as Jean has semi-stated, or if they will be released sooner. They have both been in-house for a while now. I would think that they wouldnt release Nath, Mamouche, Fou Foune, and LPF all at the same time but they did release mam, fou, and LPF together the past two years.

Really keeping my fingers crossed for Nath available to-go during the weekend of OBD :( :) :(

Hey! I understand of course that nothing at all can be said with any certainly given their ways of working, but would someone here be able to summarize -- based on previous years and various recent indications -- what may be expected at this point as regards to approximate dates for coming releases of seasonals/non-regulars during September and October (and perhaps even November)? And also, how long LP and FF (and others) usually lasts within this period (bottles for take away, that is) once released. I was planning a trip in late September, but perhaps it is better to go early October? Or even later?

(And again, I am aware that nothing can be said with any certainty and only looking for as good approximations – or educated guesses – as possible at this time.)

Your guess is as good as anyone else's. September/October for those bottles and given the past few years they will likely last through the first open brew day. I recommend reading back through this thread for an idea of when items may be released and how long things have lasted over the past few years. Of course, there is no guarantee things will be the same this year.

I'll be at Cantillon next Monday 8/28 if anyone is interested in splitting some bottles. Will also be in London Wednesday to Sunday if anyone has some good recommendations for me.

Thank you. Ok, so they normally last only one day once released – good to know, thanks! As regards to reading back through this thread – good advice but I just thought it might be a good thing to provide a quick overview on release dates for previous years for those that may not want to search through 60+ pages of forum discussions, especially those fairly new to the Cantillon seasonal game. But I fully understand if no one has time or interest in providing that.

They usually last weeks when released. Not sure how to quantify the bottles being 'realized' or of any correlations with an open brew day, but 2 weeks - a month seems pretty normal duration for most seasonal Cantillon availability.

No, quite the opposite. They tend to last a few weeks to a few months when released. Public brew days dont usually start until November/December. There is no direct correlation between availability of released fall seasonal beers and public brew days, but in the past many have lasted until the public brew days or through them. Of course this depends on how much is released. Mamouche sold out very fast last year because of decreased availability of mature lambic for fruited blends. If you want to fast-track the searching, just flip back pages until you find the timeframe you'll be in Brussels for.

Go and enjoy a great time with some awesome in house bottles. Don't sweat what will and won't be released.

Thanks! That's clarifying.
("Realized" = mistaken autocorrect = "released".)

Thank you. So you do not care too much about what will and won't be released. I and others do. I guess I am of the opinion that it is not just acceptable but even a good thing that we all care about different things.
I have been to Cantillon before, and I did very much enjoy the house bottles available then, and I plan to enjoy them again when I go next time. ;)

This. For reference, last year during Open Days at 3F, Cantillon only had the "regular shelfies" and then a few weeks later some newer bottles came out. Just go and have a good time. If bottles get released then it's a bonus.

Thanks. But as regarding you second and third sentences - well, fine, thank you for the advice, I guess you have a point, but to be frank I'm actually not particularly keen on being told what I should like or appreciate. It's a bonus for you, not for me. I live 10 minutes walk from Akkurat in Stockholm, so I have plenty of opportunity to enjoy many Cantillon bottles on a regular basis.

Your great attitude is a welcome asset to our community. Love the avatar!

But isn't it nonethesless a bit interesting that (among very usuful info) I am told twice not to worry about what Cantillon realeases when, in a thread called "CantillonWatch"?

Isn't it interesting that in a thread called cantillon watch that contains all the information you're looking for, you keep asking for it and get different answers than you expected when you could go search out the information yourself?

This isn't a site that particularly cares about bottle releases or planning trips around them. Does that help you?

This is really a site to bitch about Game of Thrones and Trump. The beer aspect is purely secondary.

That's pretty misleading as regarding this particular thread.

But big thanks to everyone that gave very valuable information above. Really appreciate it.
(I did actually only register on this forum to ask this question in this particular thread, so I am all good thanks.)
