375s of LPK??

They have 750's and 375's of LPK to drink on site
That is a good idea for onsite on their part. Would love to be able to buy splits so I can drink a couple different things instead of choosing 1.

I do enjoy dropping the last couple pours from 750s on other visitors who would not otherwise buy them though

I was there until like 2-4, no chance in the availability. Will be back tomorrow, fingers crossed...

By the way I was wrong, GCB magnums were also sold out when I asked for one.

Still no specialty bottles at Cantillon today, and Kriek is now sold out too. Only gueuze and Rose available (limits of 6 and 3 respectively for 75cl, 12 and 3 for 37.5cl).

Hope you are killing it with the on-site game, I'm tempted to plan another trip just for that.

I was there back in the fall and they had had FF earlier, but only had gueuze and RdG when I was there. A few weeks later, they had FF again. On site was amazing, but I was a bit disappointed. Then again, these days, classic gueuze and RdG are pretty hard to come by around here.

Man my luck was I'm recovering from a cold right when I was in Brussels and congested. So yeah I drank some cool stuff but I only halfway tasted any of it. :(

But the on site list was mostly the same stuff that was available when I was there a year ago. Carignan was the only really exciting new addition.

Latest rumor is that as of today they'll stop selling seasonal at the brewery because of the stupendously high internet market prices. Everything that's left now will be exported. Don't know if it's true though as this move would probably raise the prices even more...

This was likely to happen. Last week they lowered the limit on special bottles to 1pp. I really don't mind. I love going to that place, but I really feel for the Cantillon lovers. We're paying the price for those ******** who try to make money out of someone else's hard work.

I do not see how this will stop the secondary market though. Same thing will happen in the US. Id be really surprised if this was the new policy.

I know. I also don't mind going to Cantillon to drink a FF or a LPK, but nothing beats drinking a FF in the comfort of my own living room or garden...

That's the most hilarious post i've seen this year. Jean-pierre would never ever stop selling bottles in belgium and export them only. Even if Jean want's it.

He would never stop selling seasonal lambic in their original country. What a joke
