Cantillon Iris

I have a bottle of Cantillon Iris and I'm not sure what to do with it. Should I drink it now? cellar it for a few years, keep it for a special occasion (what occasion?), stop asking hbt and drink it or what?

If I understand my cantillon's right the Iris is made with fresh hops and a little hoppier than the other so maybe I should drink it now?

All the Cantillons I've had were fresh and quite delicious. Aging would probably let it mellow a bit.

The BA community suggests drinking Iris fresh.
