Can you Use a clarifying agent too early?

OK. So here are the events. The facts remain the same except you are there. After almost nill activity in my primary I racked to secondary. One bubble every three minutes or so. Let sit for about an hour and then added some super kleer and stirred her up "very gently" as per the directions. It was supposed to be very klear. It really isnt. It is an Irish Red.

Any thoughts - discuss.
 
As someone will mention sooner or later, bubbles in the airlock are not a good indicator of what's going on with your fermentation. A hydrometer reading is still the only good (simple) way to tell what's going on.

Things that people will want before giving you any advice:
* What was your OG?
* What is your gravity now?
* How long was it in the primary?
* At what temperature were you fermenting?
* What strain of yeast did you use?

Sorry I don't have any real advice, and I promise I'm not trying to be a jerk, but without that clarifying information it could be anything from a stuck fermentation to aliens abducting your beer and replacing it with bugjuice to nothing at all.
