I believe it will be Haggis, roasted with carrot strips. Steamed veggies consisting of zucchini(sp), potato, carrot and red onion. Still want to try haggis sometime. I might have added some baby summer squash also and thrown a couple strips of bacon into the veggies. Looks delish though. I'm a mind reader:D

I'm assuming this is a continuation of your post in the HBT contest pic.

I think it speaks for it's self.

Cook on low for 3-8 hours.

I go 4 or 5.
Serve with pickled red cabbage and brawn sauce.

I'll be eating it tomorrow with Newcastle Brown Ale.
