Can this work?

Hey everyone... quick question.. Ive decided that my next batch of beer is gonna be AG so for now im doing some reading up and getting equip... so in the meantime i wanted to brew some hard cider. the only yeast i have right now is Nottingham that ive washed and have storing in the fridge. Can this strain work for hard cider?

I've used it without any problems. It will finish drier than a cider yeast.
