If we are very careful about who get the alcohol, we can end up with a bunch of Waunabeer's avatars.

... the main reason I inquired about this is because of the monks going through their fasting periods on beer alone.
I wondered if they did it why can't I.
I'm also thinking that small portioned healthy diet along with a healthy(non harmful) qauntity of beer could be all a human may need to survive.

IFasting is actually good for you because it helps "cleanse your body".
'Cleanse the body' of what exactly? Specific compounds that are in our food that need to be removed? Something that can only be taken out of your body by starving yourself, instead of watching what you eat if you're trying to avoid certain things?
I've often heard this term 'Cleanse the body' being used to remove, say 'toxins', but it seems finding a concrete description of exactly what these toxins are except for a nebulous concept is daunting.

Alright I will tell you you can live on beer and food only! I have really only drank beer or JD for the last 15 years. I only drink maybe 4-5 8oz glasses of water a week. I drink coffee in the morning and coffee with lunch but when I get off work it is beer and more beer. I am fairly healthy (the doc says I'm fine I even told him so he could keep an eye on my liver) 47 years old and only take colesterol meds. I am not over weight, 5'11" 180 lbs. Don't really exsercise but walk alot at work.
It really has been alot of years and I feel really pretty good.
Now you guys are making me thirsty and I have 3 more hours of work!
Why I think you just may be able to pull it off with the right comboSee explanation below picture.

How many beers do you think you drink in a day and still keep your clean bill of health with the doc?
