Gushers in bottles are disappointing, but with patience, you can still drink some semi-decent beer.
What about if I seem to have one in a keg?
If I'm able to leave it in the fridge, take it off the CO2 tank, then "burp" it for a few days before re-attaching at serving pressure, can I eventually achieve something that more closely resembles a "normal" beer (that's slightly sour)?
