Can I use this hose to make a hose?

I just installed a utility sink in the brewery. Right now it has the typical laundry sink faucet. I am looking to make a hose to connect to the sink. This hose will be used for filling kettles and washing equipment (hence the need for being potable and ability to handle hot water from tap).

Right now I have an RV hose hooked up, but it really can't do hot water. Any ideas or advice?

Sure looks like you can......Nylon reinforced FDA approved PVC compound, non-toxic, tasteless, odorless for pressurized drinking water systems

I use one of those hoses you use to hook up your washing machine. It's stainless steel over braid and I can connect a garden hose nozzle to the end to wash equipment. It works awesome and costs under 10 bucks I think

I didn't think the washing machine ones were for potable water use. I was looking at those today in HD. If they are OK, then way easier than making my own hose. Only limiting factor would be length. Need to be able to reach the brewstand.
