I decided to try carbonating a keg of wheat beer naturally with dextrose. I kegged it up 12 days ago and was curious if you guys think it would be ok to go ahead and put it in the fridge so that I can try it later tonight or tomorrow? It would be great to have it running for the college games tomorrow but I understand 14 days is the normal recommended time.

Patience is killing me on this one :)

I have not, I have been tempted but did not want to disturb anything. I guess that's a good place to start.

I may have way over carbonated this one, I was under the apparently wrong impression that I would use the same or just slightly less dextrose than I would normally use for bottling. I used 3.8 oz for this one.

It's a wheat, so chill it and go. A little extra carbonation shouldn't be a problem.
