My hazy IPA using all the techniques I've learned so far and at turned out really good other than I'm drinking it from a swing top versus a glass, So what else do you do on a hot summer day but enjoyThe fruits of your labor poolside

i just used a sam adams lookalike recipe from beer smith, but im happy that its clearer than my last couple, process is improving

how are you deculming?

edit: i forget, how many pounds are you doing? i was storage tote to storage toting it infront of a box fan, which was a pita enough. i got a used dryer, modified it with some SS screens, and now i just dump the malt in it and set and forget it for about 30 minutes, malt comes out cleaner then pro store bought malt....rootlets are the bain of clarity....

edit 2: oh and a leaf vacuum bag on the vent to collect the rootlets also....
