Cold crashed for about 11 days over my busy 2 weeks (thanksgiving).

I took it out last night and noticed it was about 50% frozen/slush (maybe more)

I decided to wait till tonight to bottle and hopefully it all thawed out.

I'm guessing this might have some flavor issues? It's an IPA

Anyone heard any stories about this?

I'm pretty sure it didn't start to freeze until after day 5 or so... I think the yeast would have fallen before the freeze...

Might have some off flavors? Only one way to find out, right?

I don't think yeast like to be frozen solid; it can rupture them. In your case, since it was only 50% frozen, I wouldn't be worried. I believe some beers are supposed to be frozen and the ice removed to increase the ABV.
