without a pic I cant imagine any kegerator not holding at least 2 slim kegs. Just buy a new 2 tap tower. A second regulator is a good idea

Yes,,,unscrew the the tower and replace it with a 2 tap tower with Flow control faucets...the flow control is key.
Get sanke kegs while your at it and be done

Yes. But they come in different sizes. You want a couple slim "sixtels" They're 5 gallons which is what most home brew recipes go by

Hey, where do you buy your sanke kegs from? I always thought the were a bigger PITA to clean.
