Can anyone sell me Maris Otter seeds or other heirloom 2-row varietals?

I am interested in beginning a home-breeding program. I have purchased some barley seeds, both 2 and 6-row, which are best suited for my climate, however as is standard with North American types of barley they are rather bland in terms of flavor. I tried googling for Maris Otter seeds or other continental heirloom 2-rows however apparently Maris Otter is trademarked(?) and cannot be grown in the United States, and I have found little on continental European types. So if anyone has access to these seeds, I would be willing to pay.
